This archive contains three folders.

To use this archive, you must have
- put the appropriate executable file (SimSonic2D_win64_omp.exe, SimSonic2D_win64.exe, etc...) in the appropriate directory (C:\SimSonic\ for instance)
- put the SimSonic2D toolbox in you matlab path.

1) folder "ReadyToRunSimulation"

This folder contains all the necessary input files to launch two simulations, one with a cylindrical scatterer and the exact same simulation but without the scatterer. Therefore, the two simulation folders (.\Scatterer and .\Reference) have identical content except for the Geometry.map2D file.

On Windows, just run the launch.bat file to launch each simulation one after the other. If needed, adapt the appropriate paths in the .bat file.

2) folder "SimulationResults"

This folder contains results identical to that obtained when launching the simulation in the folder SimulationReadyToRun. It also contains a file illustrating how the data can be analysed to provide angular scattering diagrams.

3) folder "PreparingTheSimulationFromScratch"

This folder contains files to build a simulation from scratch. In particular, it contains a typical .m file used to generate Geometry.map2D and Signal.sgl, as well as a Parameters.ini2D file
